Located in Humboldt County, California, we provide the most effective health and safety guidance available with the most positive and user-friendly training. Here at the Health and Karate Center, we train in a unique and flexible system allowing you to benefit from the energy of everyone working toward a similar goal. This means you may attend most of our classes with no additional cost and on whatever schedule works for you. Each of the programs at the Health and Karate Center is aimed at rapid, yet realistic, progress. You will not finish looking or feeling like you did when you started.
